I can’t seem to find the proper braded type hose that goes between the oil breather and the EGR valve pipe. I’m currently using thick wall red “radiator” water hose (pictured below - next post). (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif)
The tech page at Pelican shows it 22mm but describes it 21mm. One may be ID and the other OD. Either way, can’t find anything above 17mm listed in their parts section. Anyone know a vendor, part number, or size?

Also, non-smog control cars appear to have a formed hose that bypasses the metal pipe & EGR valve set up. Is that part still available? If so, any problems with just removing the EGR valve and pipe set up? I rarely drive it so I don’t feel too guilty about the smog thing. Either way, since more and more parts are NLA, wouldn’t be a bad idea to buy one and keep it in a plastic bag for the future.
