Or tie downs, chains, ropes or any other temporary support for the trans! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/w00t.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/w00t.gif) Several folks have asked how the trans was going to be mounted. Well, here's how. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) The mount plate still needs to be cleaned up a bit, and I'm going to make another set of "ears" that will fit on the other side of the chassis tube. These will be attached to the mount plate and the sides boxed in to add a bit of fore-aft support. Also have been busy cutting away more sheet metal at the rear. The two small tubes support the rear bodywork and will carry the wing loads. Progress, progress... It's starting to look like a race car...
