you have to admit that before the internet their catalog was a damn good one. the exploded parts diagrams were very informative. some of the prices were weird. the assorted used fasteners/bolts by the ice scoop ( 2 for $12) were interesting. the duplicate 916 engine lid, "part sold rough", @ $375 + shp wasn't much of a bargin. phil haun told me how he made his. a "how to buy a 914" guide for $12.50.

"The Renegade Club is a recently formed entity, very active on the internet. Club membership involves you in both fun activities as well as promotion and preservation of the marque (which we all want to see). Interesting articles, online chat ", (what the is that ? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ), "cars and parts for sale as well an annual get togther are some of the special things offered by the the club. The Rennegade Club can be contacted on the internet at : www.dgi.net/914/.".

think they knew they were sealing their fate?
