I thought the Saratoga top was completely clear, not just the center section.
This looks like a moonroof that was installed in a 914 top. If I had an extra top, I would probably do the same thing, it looks nice. |

IIRC that was done as a dealer option. I got a extra top that I plan on doing that to.

That is a sunroof installed in a 914 top. I've thought of doing this with an extra top many times. Just never got around to it. I'll give e a try one day. With as big a sunroof as I can find for it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) . With a few spare tops why not see how it looks (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

And Steve, you will roast yourself in Florida with either one of those tops. T.C. |

I have a top that a PO already cut up for a sunroof like that. I had thought about finding an aftermarket popup that will fit, but doubt I will ever get around to it.
The top comes off so easily......... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) |

Not a Saratoga top. I saw a 914 at HPH that has the same moon roof installed.
I've been in a car with a Saratoga top and it was hot inside. I bet the moon roof would also be hot. |
