Let me get this straight... You like the molded style of the blue one better than the white one? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Personally I wouldn't do either. To each his own. Attached image(s) |

I agree...they both suck, but the design of the white car makes me wanna hurl even more so.

I'm bringing my poll thread back from the depths.
I'm still probably not doing anything more than respraying my rockers black, but what about a pinstripe, in body color, that outlines the rocker to give it some definition? Thoughts? Pardon the crappy mock-up in MS Paint! Sit back from your screen or squint to get the idea. |

Another option. Not saying Iwould or wouldn't do it. Just an option [/quote] Body filler and rust are probably having a fight to the finish on that blue car. barf (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) |

On the eggplant car--Are the stripes stock white positive size or custom made size. I like that style on the rockers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Andy,
In this picture because of the shadows your car looks like it has 2-tone paint with the rockers and valances painted a different tone of tan/yellow. It looks very cool and I am thinking that may look on my 6 with flares. Bob |

Go custom... Dad made these, same on my car. Work with flares and standard!

I like the "step" feature to help little ones get up in the car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)

Just another option on my second car. I made these myself. Old picture before the car was lowered and aligned.

Hours of research went into making the 914 so unless you are a pimp with fuzzy dice, the stock black, stock chrome, and optional decal is safe.

Go with black and add the stripes (if they are black) above the rocker. Sort of a bazarro world version of a Bumblebee.
