I just bought one of the lensey edition 914s on ebay for $5 plus $5 shipping. Not bad I think. Anyway seller has 5 left, I don't know the seller so you make your own call but their feedback is 99.5% positive.

Not sure if this link has been posted yet, but I found it interesting...

http://matchbox.wikia.com/wiki/Porsche_914

I think the popularity of the 2010 914 has to be influencing the new 2011 cars.

We are talking toy cars here right?
Isn't the 1:1 diecast 914 fascinating in and of itself?
These are Matchbox cars?

Resist as long as you can but sooner of later you'll sneak into the toy dept at Wallmart or Target and rifle through the rack looking to see what we all have found. If your a 914 nut (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) you'll have to do it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)

Scored dos. A mean greenie and a yeller one. Good stocking stuffers after the fact.

BBs are great tools for getting people to spend on things they usually wouldn't think of - LIttle Timmy says, God bless each and every one of them!

Now I realize where our behavior of hording 914's comes from. We were conditioned as children to collect. As adults (we some of us), we have actually taken this behavior to the next level and get the actual cars!

They are cool, I'll have to look for the blue one.

I think they only made 500 of the Blue ones and they were only available @ the MCCH Show. I've only seen them on eBay and most of them are over $50. So when I saw one for $34 with Free Shipping I did it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/santa_smiley.gif)
