I don't think we need to baby them that much. People are good at getting food. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I'm not saying I'm against bringing another BBQ if someone's got the space. I'm sure some people would use it. I agree. Some are so cheap they will go out to the grocery store and keep groceries in coolers in their room. Give them a BBQ to use and they will be in heaven... |

Eric Shea has agreed to provide a set of front and rear calipers if we can scrounge up cores. I think Jim and Brett said they have some. I need a set of fronts and rears to send him.

I have the rears...any problem bringing them to the next reunion? That would be great. I think Jim has fronts and he only lives 8 blocks away. Chris Foley has signed on as a sponsor. He is struggling with the economy but I think he will get us some SS fuel line to give away. |

I have several pairs of calipers in my shed, most are fronts. I will pull some out to bring to the reunion on Saturday.
I talked with Andy (our BBQ cater) and he and his wife is coming up on Friday. Depending on what vehicle I end up driving I may bring his grill on Thursday so we would have it to do some thing simple Thursday evening. (brats, hot links, salad). He also thinks we could easily make the grill available as "self serve" some different times over the weekend. Andy is a member here, jetboat80, and we could give him access to this forum so he could be part of the discussions. I am going to try to get him to the reunion on Saturday. Jim |

Here is the final schedule, unless I made some grave error. The only thing I'm holding off on is the Tech Sessions. I've PMd all the people we thought about using to see if that will all work out. We can go live with the info tomorrow, if nothing pops up.
Thursday Evening Check-in is open and we begin gathering on the roof of the ramp. Keg tap and official kick off of the WCR 2010 Teeners in Thin Air. Friday Morning: optional short drive, tech sessions. Afternoon: peoples choice show and shine. Saturday Morning: Targa Tahoe drive gathering on the ramp. Evening: BBQ on the roof provided by WCR 2010 Teeners in Thin Air including raffle for sponsor donations, peoples choice car show awards. Sunday Check out and return to civilization. Alternative local area activities include the following: Fishing charters for groups of 4-9. Excursion and Interpretive History Boat Trips on the Lake (Covered Cabin with Windows if you don't want to be on deck). Golf on a world class PGA Course within walking distance of the hotel. Gambling. Many hotels including the host hotel have world class casinos for you to try your chances and win or lose some cash. Restaurants. The full range from 5Star to the lowest of bacteria holes. Independent drives around Lake Tahoe. Takes all day and requires a stop for food but the view of the lake is breathtaking. Photo opportunities. You can pretty much just keep tapping the shutter on your camera because the Lake and surrounding area are beautiful no matter which way you turn. Zip Line Rides. One of the local ski resorts has a ride up on the chair lift and zip line down. We think this costs about $60 but it would be a heck of a thrill ride. |

Eric is in for a brakes tech session, if he comes. Which he says, is 60% likely and he will try to firm that up soon.
Andy is in for an alignment tech session. I am in for a rust repair or engine tech session. (I haven't decided). Rob, is Al Weidman up for talking about wheel finishing. Can you solidify that? |

As we discussed on the phone today, it is Harvey Weidman and his brother is Al. Harvey is in for the tech session. Looks good to me...
Oh, based on our discussion a week or two back, I had asked them to change the artwork to say "Teeners at Tahoe". I thought that was what everyone had agreed on. Sorry.. Mostly sorry to the poor graphics person if you want to change it!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

Yup! You guys were thinking along the same lines as me. We have a gal here in Sac who is a PCA member who has a company called Reflections in Glass. She does all the awards for PCA-SVR and she may be able to do a bunch of Beer Stiens that we can sell as well as awards for the People's Choice, Photo Rally, "That Guy" and perhaps even member vendor thank you's for those that donated goodies...
Her work for PCA is freakin' beautiful. |

What do we have lined up for trophies/awards for the show and shine? Very rough estimate for beer steins sand blasted with 914World and WCR2010 would be about $20 each. As the quantity goes up, the price goes down... Vendor is Reflections in Glass and she provides all the awards for PCA Sac Valley Region. |

I think should easily have enough for 6-7 so far and I know there are still quite a few people who haven't registered.
