I cant figure out why all his comparison is to a 911 but when he builds the "dream car" he uses a 914? WTF? and this has to be one of the uglier cars I have seen with that hood scoop and side molding. Wow!

Well I guess he ruined a 911 as well... He should have put those pics in this article. I hope his mechanical work is better than the organization of this web site.

I think the 911s look pretty cool. I think the tail looks a bit too square, I might have put the radiator in the front rather than build the tailbase like that, but it doesn't look bad.

very nice cars, I like the fact that teh 914 did not need to be cut up so much (no exit holes in body for radiator air) the 911 is also great with the wing radiator.

the holy grail of 914 engine conversins is a way to do it with no or minimal cutting of the body.

I see the hoses probably went thru the rocker not ideal in my opinion (I have one that does that) but his job looks better than mine in exectution.

nice cars, really fast potnetial.

I prefer p-car parts on a teener but other than the hood scoop and the ugly side molding, it is not much different than many v8 914s already out there.

I gotta say he does good work.

Hell of a lot better than my work! (then again his budget is probably 10 fold mine...)

Big V8 + higher center of gravity + lotsa torque + narrow tires = poor handling. Burn-outs might be fun though.
