Yes, it's a friggen bend-me-over $1600 and change.

I heard that Jim Patrick actually cut a deal with Fuel Safe so he has an exclusive on the bladders that fit the 914 tank. So if you want to make you own cell like this, you have to either make your own bladder or source it somewhere else (custom).

That is a lot.
There was one at Pamona earlier this year for $500.
My mechanic told me about it, but didn't buy it!
He said the guy was from Arizona.

Jeff Hays (here in SoCal) had one for sale in that ballpark. It was swooped up instantly. It was one of the only "clones" of this design I have seen, probably built before Patrick got into selling them.
