Hi Everyone, Does anyone know what the hole opening size is for the cylinders to fit into the case. I measure 100mm which I believe is the stock size. Reason I am asking is the previous owner of this engine installed oversizes piston/cylinders which bumped the 1.8 up to 1.9 I believe. I see some milling is present on the heads but that is all I can see so far.

Most likely he used the readily available aftermarket cylinders which require no case machining. In fact, most kits don't require the heads to be opened up, either.
