Here is the ring pressed into the flywheel and the Kennedy Stage 2 - 228mm pressure plate and clutch. That's really nice set-up. Good luck tomorrow. Thumbs up here !! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/first.gif) |

The race yesterday did not turn out well, I had the rev limiter set too low in practice and then the exhaust bracket came loose so i didn't get that many laps in.
I fixed the bracket and went out for qualifying then a header pipe cracked wide open before I finished the first lap. I did not get a whole lot of laps in but the engine feels strong but I still need to tweak the ignition advance and carburetors. |

.... the engine feels strong but I still need to tweak the ignition advance and carburetors. I was already going to ask earlier, but may I ask what kind of ignition you are using ? Is it programable and can you chance the advance curve ? According the venturis, are the carbs 46s ? Sorry to hear you had setback yesterday. Better luck next time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif) |

The ignition is XDi, there is and initial advance and 3000 RPM setting. |

I don´t know the right term, but I mean the "pipe" above the venturi. Number 68 in Weber Parts List How they are so tall ?? I thought only 46s have tall "secundary venturis". Or does they only look tall.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) |

The last race of the year was last weekend and I had a great practice and qualifying
I had a nice start in the race and then the oil leak hit the headers only 1.5 laps than out. I did not have the GoPro running but a fellow racer posted a video, I am to the left. That is my friend in the white mustang, his control arm broke...too scary https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gB15f1-jO8 |
