Have you already seen this thread on The Samba ?
In 2003, a guy spots a rust bucket in a garden in Lithuania ... it is the remain of a butchered VW38. One of the 30 hand made prototypes built in 1938 for test and propaganda. This in the rarest VW you can find. And is restored by Grundmann a private collection of VW's and Porsche's
They have not an own website. On this site Grundmann Collection ist a short report ( sorry only in German) about the VW38 |
