No pics but I got a chunk of the old pits at Sebring when they were tearing them down. I got one of the old glass lights as well.
The memories are what I cherish the most. I've had some great conversations with Elford, Unser, Redman, Hobbs, Moss, Seinfeld, Buckler and a few more. These were all thanks to being around Porsches.

I treasure the photos I took when I got to work on some very rare cars in the 80's to the 90's. . .
here's some of the 'full size' models I got to play with. . .

the little white racer is one of the 19 original factory Elva Porsches, the Martini car is a factory 908, the Jules 12 car is a Factory 936, The red car is the 1976 RSR 3.0 factory car run by Ludwig Heimrath that I did a total restoration on. .

Neither, The cars belonged to Dick Barbour, part of his extensive collection. . . I did restorations and cosmetic / Concour preparations for him. It wasn't my full time career, just something I was able to do and have fun at the same time. . and I got to meet some neat people and go fun places. .
You never knew what the next car was or who would walk thru the shop. . .

Here's my son when he was a kid in Al Unser Jr's Indy car

I needed to update my favorite Porsche collectable as I finally framed and mounted this poster at my desk at work.

The last of my collection passed to me by a 914 guy. It's time for me to pass it on to a suitable AXer that will wear it proudly......it's gnarly enough for a 914 guy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
