I have to be at work on Friday (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) but I'll leave from there. I like the idea of dinner but I'll be trapped at the track. I am camping at the track (corkscrew view 612) and the RV does not make for a great "run into town" vehicle. I have a small propane BBQ and will have plenty of beer for anyone stopping by. Jim Jim, I'll be camping in Corkscrew View as well and will have my F150 Supercrew - will be glad to drive you and any others (well, up to 3-4) to dinner if we have one. There is a pizza/italian place up the road that is pretty good and has a large dining room as well as some outside tables I believe. I've been there a number of times for takeout grub to bring back to my campsite. |

Here is the restaurant I suggest for a group dinner, unless someplace else was already picked and I missed it. I'll probably grab something here on Friday night regardless...

If anyone has a corral pass that they won't be using on any of the days, could you please let me know. Though I'm driving a rental, a friend of mine is driving from Illinois in his 72 911 and would love a corral pass to show his car.
I can be reached on my cell, 847-721-2156. My wife and I got to Monterey today to spend a couple of days sightseeing beforen the weekend. We're staying at the Embassy Suites in Seaside. Thanks, George Rudawsky |

I've been there a number of times for takeout grub to bring back to my campsite. I have the very end spot on the upper level of Corkscrew View behind you. Pizza place sounds good to me. Jim PS I have a "Camping Support Vehicle" pass that I don't need, it allows someone to park in the camping area. I won't show up until Friday night (late knowing me). |

QUOTE We are going N5 to Fraiser Park, then on Cuddy Valley/Forest Hwy95 to Hwy33, 33 though Taft then to Hwy58/Blue Star Memorial to Bitterwater Rd. north to Cholame (James Dean Memorial). On to Paso Robles, Peachy Canyon, 46w to Hwy 1 and points North! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) So you're doing the mini-iron bottom I see. |

I'm goin! Cruising down to Redwood City to look at a car today and figured, what the heck, keep headed south. Will camp out around Capitola, then on to Laguna Seca for the day on friday. And I will be in the corral, cause i got turned on to a free pass!
Anywhere particular you other 914 folks will be hanging out on Friday and Friday night? |

Beautiful drive up the 5, sitting in the Jack Ranch Cafe in Cholame. Watch out for the fuzz, I came up behind 4 of them from oc to here, a few more sitting on the side.

The troops are arriving, big lines at registration this morning. An awful lot of nice machinery is coming out of the woodwork for this one. My first time at Laguna Seca, and the track looks a whole lot nicer for this event than Daytona. No where near as many biker bars either.
Weather today is wonderful as well. Looks like it's going to be a great Rennsport. |

I just got to Santa Cruz and my dad and I would like to go to this on Friday. If anyone has any tickets available, I'd be willing to buy...otherwise, at the gate it is.
