Looks like repairable rust to me.. but take a close look at the sail panel rust.. sometimes those rust from the inside out, especially right above the door handle. It's really hard to get that fixed right without it rusting again, if not where it was repaired, then right next to it. Can ruin a new paint job in a year if you don't keep it garaged. All in all, certainly worth $100.

$100... I paid $75 for a side shift tranny from a junk yard a few years ago... probably cost $100 now. It is real hard to go wrong for $100.
