Found the oil leak, push rod tubes at head(I did put in new seals from PP). I did notice they were a little loose on the tube. There is also a leak on the left side jug against the block. Could this be just a torque problem or should I install new spacers/seals that were originally on them (I threw them out). Where is a good source for these, also I originally had aluminum, but have seen copper ones on evil-bay once, which is better.

Also having a leak at the jug/block cause a lack of power?

I don't think a leak at the cylinder/case mating point would cause power problems. It would certainly be inconvienent... but nothing like a leak at the cylinder-to-head mating surface. That would be horrendous.
