Those look like nice seats - are they reasonably comfy? Dang Rain has prevented me from getting a car into the driveway ( I can work on 1 inside & 1 outside, but not either when both are inside. I put one Sparco on the kitchen floor & sat in it - Very Nice ! I'm 6', 190. It would be tight on someone that has a 38" Belt & Bigger |

LOL...I observed that my race seat as well as my driving suit are quite a bit comfier since I lost 25lbs.
Our cars are a challenge for the larger folks - I had an instructor almost get stuck in my car a few months ago trying to maneuver into the seat with his HANS and helmet on. He was about 6'6" and 250+. It was pretty comical but he finally got "on" the seat. |

Finally an afternoon without RAIN, but I get delayed by my Favorite WingHouse Waitress and didn't get home till the Sun is going down.
To Clean out my Living Room, I sat 1 Sparco in the passenger-side. A little Modification and they will attach to to original sliders I also cleaned out a Closet and took out The Factory Recaros (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) and put them in the GT I know it's not a FAIR Comparison, but a Very Nice Piece |

Nice TC! The Recaros look like what I need. I've got really long legs and it seems that the aftermarket seats have too much of a rake to them so they sit too far forward (like the picture of your Sparcos). I sat in some GTS Nurburgrings and had my knee jambed between the stick and steering wheel.

Except that those Recaros run in the Multiple Thousands of Dollars I want to have mine recovered the same way, but hard to pull the trigger when they are still nice OEM.. Until you absolutely Need To, keep them OEM. When I got mine, they had come of the Strenger GT and had been done in what I can call Airline Seat Material |

The Transformation has really started
I pulled the Engine out & the New Owner picked it up today. I will be putting in a Fresh 2.5 ( Shuffle-pinned, Crank-fire Ignition, Weber Carbs, etc) The Old Motor |

It's a Snap-On magnetic LED Flashlight. I was using it in the Engine Bay and stuck it on the Sail Panel so I wouldn't be scratching my head & looking for it next week (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Also ordered some 17" Rota's What finish did you choose? How much for the set? How long is the real lead time now? I am on the fence with those wheels...the lead time keeps stopping me from pulling the trigger...seems he makes a run, sells them, then collects money for the next run...so I need to time when I buy. I recell they are cheaper than getting a set redone... Also not sure if I should go for the RSR finish or the Polished finish... Can I just hose off the RSR finish? I am not a fan of polishing wheels every few months....rather just spray them with a cleaner and hose them off... Rich |

Rich I bought the RSR "Frosted" Finish And I only bought the Rears (17x9), as I wanted to check the quality and I can get a little rake to the car running 17"s in the rear & 16"s in the Front. I can always buy the Front Rotas They charged me $643 for the Pair shipped He told me that I would be in the group of the wheels that came in a couple of weeks ago, but I must have missed the cut-off. He only charged me $100 Deposit to get in on the next batch due in in about 3 weeks. So $100 gets you in for the next run. I used to like Polished Wheels, but they are a Pain. The Frosted RSR finish to me looks just "Right" |
