@Cairo94507 I totally agree, the full polish wheels were kinda Miami Vice,
I'm debating getting those wheels redone with the black backgrounds and barrels like this: For now I'm just digging the black because it's so much less flashy. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

Put the car up on the QuickJack, really like how the Esco jack stands slip in under everything (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Changed out the full polish wheels to the black/anodized Turbo wheels, can't wait to try out the new tires on them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Eric....you have a really nice looking car there. Beauty! |

Got the HB house into escrow. Not really working on the car but it sure is going set up a bank account for her when escrow closes.
I'm thinking gas shocks and Elephant suspension. That will take some real weight out of the car. Maybe get her under 1600 pounds. |

Helped a friend out button up a customers car. After a clutch adjustment watched a nice burn out for a test drive (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

I edited a post and forgot to add it and it just went away. So now I'll add another picture with the Quick Release pins in place
. I really like the Quick Release pins as it is so easy to get the Wing on and off. When the trunk lid is off I can pull the front pins and tilt the wing back into the drip rail to get more access to the engine bay. |

Freaky intermittent problem with my car. I thought the DME injection on my 3.2 was acting up again. Engine would die, no idiot lights all gauges dead. Pull over wait 10 seconds and then it would start right up again and I might go days or weeks before it happens again. It finally totally died in the garage (thank god). Thought it was my ignition switch, but I just replaced it a couple of months ago. Tried the spare, still dead.
Turns out one of the wires coming off the battery came loose. Just happened to be the wire that powers the ignition switch. I spent the rest of the day labeling wires, tracing wires and redoing the connections to the battery. |

Swapped out my gas pedal with one of the fancy Rennline ones, the pedal alignment was really bad and really, really hard to heel/toe. Hard to see in the pics but the original was a good 2-3 inches down from the level of the brake. Now they're on the same plane, might need a little adjustment but pretty awesome overall.
