My brother and I went to the Cars 'n Coffee in Danville and were joined by our very own Jeff Bowlsby in his Bumble Bee. We had a great talk and enjoyed seeing about 60 cars in total. The range went from a really old (I'm guessing early production) Bentley to a real 300 SL Gullwing. Tomorrow, we are going to try to make the EASY Cars 'n Coffee at 7:30 am. That's early, no? Shout out to @Nacho and @eric9144 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
Nacho for GIVING ME a sweet table top Powder Coat oven, large enough to do rims. Eric for helping me select tires for my new Minilites. Bought a set of Yokohama A052’s. Going to run 225/50/16 Front and 245/45/16 Rear First, I bead blasted and refinished my new 16 x 8 and 16 x 9 Minilite rims I recently picked up from a local member. I sourced my powder from Prismatic Powders # PMB-4124 Chrome Bronze (Powder cost <$35.00) Took me a total of 7 hours to prep and change color Also changing out side scripts to bronze. @ValcoOscar - I really like the orange wheels and script, but I love the mini lite wheels and think the bronze you selected is going to look perfect. Can't wait to see pics of it in the sun, or even better, in person. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

OK, se we went to the 1st EASY event of the year. Just tons of great looking cars from all decades. I would guess easy 75 cars, maybe more. I took some photos but was having too much fun looking, talking and drooling. Of course our members were well represented there. I am terrible with names, but we had Chris, Mark, Robert, James, Steve and several others whose names I just can't recall because, well, I am old.

A few more.... Oh, yeah, we arrived at 0628, and there was already 3 or 4 cars there, 1 of which was Chris' hot rod. So yeah, we got excellent parking spots. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

OK, then I came home and pulled the Steve Wong custom chip out of the Motronix control box and shipped it off to Steve for him to adjust the chip for Ben's large tube heat exchangers and free flow muffler. Hope to have that back by next weekend. I am not looking for more power, I just want to be sure it is running as clean and good as possible. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
