@Steve - I love that steering wheel!!!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

I love the entire car!
So nice!

I prefer the 930S wheel as well.
So much I bought two...

Thanks!! I have a steering wheel fetish. I ordered the 3 bolt to Momo adapter, so I can switch the wheels without changing the Momo 914 hub.

To get the red contraption to work I had to add another contraption between that and the blue contraption to get enough CFM. It worked (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Great news, what is the contraption in the middle?

I adjusted the brake switch so that the brakes weren't always on. Just needed a turn or two so, nothing major but, that's a hard area to work on / in/

The middle contraption is basically a holding tank (reserve). Is the middle contraption pushing abrasive into the red contraption? The blue contraption will only put out so much. Y/N?

so long as you get the results

It is a holding tank and the abrasive goes in there. The hose runs into the cabinet. I have had to clean the dust recovery system and move the abrasive from the red hopper back into the middle contraption at the same time. The blue contraption is 165 psi but only 5.3 cfm. The thing in the middle is 10 CFM at 90 psi. So it refills quick.Runs all my tools but would not run the cabinet. So since I do not blast non stop, I've only had to wait a minute for it to catch up a couple times. For me it worked out real well, I joined their club and got it for 119.00

@Shivers

This was a very good idea. Please tell me that you are wearing very good dust protection. I recently lost a younger friend from lung failure from construction dusts over the years. Silica is the devel.

Just put a nice 20 miles on great, curvy Indiana backroads. Gotta love a 59 degree December 28th!

Replaced the stock injectors for 3 and 4 with new FJ67's.
I had done the other two a while back as they were leaking (!) so it's good to get things "evened out" with all 4 running on the same injectors.

Looking forward to sending the OEM's off to Mr. Injector to see how they were....

Did something most 914 teeners don’t have to worry about. I discovered a very slight coolant leak at some of my hose connections (minor drips). It seems the cold weather (and time) loosened my hose clamps a wee bit. A couple twists of a nut driver and all is good again.

Finally installed the master cylinder brace from Tangerine Racing—a safety modification I’ve wanted for a long time!
