Yep - I plan to be at RRC in Moab. I have a Home Theater Convention in Denver that week - so I won't get there until Friday about cocktail time. |

I put on a new set of engine cover letters (old ones were a bit pitted and flaking with age):

Drove it out of the garage and made a trip around the court and into the two car side of the garage. Hoping to get busy working on the car again.

I remounted my injectors to the rail. With clips this time so the don't crop into the manifold and cause a boost leak. I loosely tightened the manifold back on. Before this, I painted the manifold and rail. They look purdy. I hope to have it off the jack stands in a couple weeks.

Raw1298 I think it was you that sold me a new roof for my Porsche about 2 years ago. If it was, thank you soo much.... it worked out great and your knowledge helped me out a lot to get my 914 back on the road (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) |

Been working on getting the color on my LE. Finally got both rockers panels painted and installed. Working on the rear valence now and then will do the air dam.
EDIT: decided to pull the front bumper so I could get the air dam painted. Dug around for fog lights but couldn't find them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) |

My knowledge is expanding every time I start a new area of the car. Glad you were helped by someone here. This is an awesome site! |
