Larmo, sounds like Speedy is getting the love it needs! I love seeing this car coming back to life.
I blew up something on the '74 today ("Sharky"). From the responses I have received, sounds like air flow meter. |

Met up with 6Freak and then drove to the meet the other PNW Teeners before going to the Porsche Car Show at the XXX Drive-In. Overall a good day. This pic was taken at the end of a community airport, just a plane came in for landing. Elliot would like this picture with his two loves, 914's and flying. Trying to get my teener back on the road. Got another engine for her, trying to get all the parts back on, tins, fan, fan housing, ect.. Noticed I'm missing the wire keepers for the valves. Need to find a pair plus the energy to do all this work. Finding every day is tougher to just get up, getting old sucks. Hopefully get my son to help with the engine replacement. Dave |

Picked up some C2 wheels with almost new tires for 425. They were on Ebay and the seller was 10 minutes down the road- I texted him and an hour later they were mine! Oh, and had my knee replaced on Wednesday... An elegant design,no less beautiful than your new joint, sculptured art prosthetic in Ti. Takes a while to knit up,heal fast. |

It was yesterday, but got it running again and took a quick test run. Some timing to do and rebleed the brakes, but the best it has run since restoration started...
