I got up early and went to Bruce Stone's "new" old G & R swap meet here. Sold some stuff, and bought a few things.
Came home and installed my new front bumper. How about an early front bumper for $10.00? TEN BUCKS????  |

These arrived today! Waited for 10 weeks but they are sweet!
Should be on the car this week, in time for cars and coffee saturday. it's a set of Fuchs 2 16×6", and 2 16x7's. Cleaned repolished and painted. Once on the car I will post some pictures. Attached thumbnail(s)

I plan to use spacers on the fronts but not sure how thick they need to be. |

Those wheels look great!
I finally got around to getting started on the car. Completely disassembling the car in prep for media blasting. Going to have to take it down to bare metal to see what I've got under there. Discovered some rust in the driver side rocker panel and around the headlight supports. I'm going to need to buy all new lenses all the way around. Tail lenses are cracked. Passenger side fell apart as I pulled it off the car. Sweet! So far so good! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/welder.gif) |

Bitch! - and soon off to the powder coater for a coat of satin black after a bead blast to even things out. It is so subtle in fact, and nicely situated between the two seats that only a few saw it at the swap meet last weekend... or could give a hoot... my goal precisely...
