Installed my 944-esque emergency brake handle in the -6 and washed the toys. It was 70 today in Atlanta!

I looked at all the parts I have to install! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

I know. I marvel every day at how much harder these things are to put together than they are to take apart. I drove Bill Dunster's '71 six today. Awesome car. Great motivation to get off my butt and get the silver car back on the road.

Put air in the tires and drove over the 74 to meet my parents at the Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse in Murrrieta. Nice drive!! Car ran great.
Yesterday drove my car in the Laguna Niguel Christmas Parade.

Max Jax and I'm loving it. Found them for $400 less than the best advertised price I'd seen at Costco. Go figure. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) You taking your's to AZ?

Are these a swappable part on the 914 or did you recondition a standard part? Looks nice, mine basically disappeared in a cloud of rust powder when I whacked it with a mallet a few times.

Tell me more about your dash. It appears that it is glassed and possibly the gage panel fold into the dash top?? Or maybe I need new glasses. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
