I would gladly take second Rick! Sorry we won't see you this year at route 66 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Looks like my seal is fixed & I am good to roll when I get back to Vegas Thursday night. Thanks Toast & Jake (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) .

Ok, the route as planned:

Leave Riverside about noon ... I10 to 62 up thru Morongo & Yucca Valley over to Parker then up river on 95 to Havasu. Meet Kent in Beaumont and possibly meet Jim Lamonica in Yucca Valley.

Planned arrival is about 4 - 5 ... 'bout 4+ hour drive to Havasu.

Breaker .. Breaker .... Keep the rubber side down ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/flag.gif)

I'm out as of yesterday, apparently, we can't trust anyone to work consistently at our business. So stupid. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

It's so stupid, and I'm super pissed. All I had yet to do was install my interior, gauges, hook up fuel lines, and put on the hoods and glass.

Whatever, guess I'm just counting the days to RRC.

Dude (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) ... that sucks.

EDIT Did you get the car done though? I started typing my reply over an hour ago, but got pulled away - just saw your most recent post (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

We took the 'BB' for it's initial test drive yesterday, but it's already up on jack stands again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Oil leaking from pressure sender and clutch adjustment needed, also need to change out the break-in oil. Luckily it's only minor stuff, but since I don't have much test time between now and Thursday morning, I'm starting to consider sitting shotgun in Joe's Duramax (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Tow it down behind the Duramax. You'll get plenty of test time on Route (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Break out the whip man (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) . Hey you don't have to have a 914 to come. Don't forget all those hot chicks that will be there for spring break. You will regret not coming even if it isn't in your 914 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

The Central California Coast Contingent, (me I guess) will be leaving Thursday morning at around 8. But probably closer to 10. OK, anytime before noon. Bakersfield, Tehachapi, Mojave, Barstow, Needles. See ya.
Cheers, Elliot

I'd have to ask Mr. Sharp about that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

I'm headed over to the shop to complete the remaining tasks now.

Well I'm getting stoked. Vrooom, vrooom. I was going to lube the car before the trip but I remembered that I'm riding behind (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Ron so the lube will be free! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif)

Never, EVER use "Ron, behind and lube" in the same sentence again. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)

3 days to go! Still want to get a few little things done on the car, I have a feeling I'll be jammin on it Friday morning. My next 2 days are pretty full.
