Well done sir!
I KNOW that feeling...I wish I'd have been smart enough to take a vid of my first ride after the restoration. Now we need to get you a seat bottom for the drivers side! Congratulations. Seriously...you diserve the respect of every single member of this club. Thank you very much all together. The Forum and the members were super helpfull to do the restoration. Great resource for information and inspiration. This car is far from beeing ready and i am thinking of a new project (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Isn´t that crazy? Now that the car is running again, it feels a little "underpowered". I am dreaming of a realy kick ass engine. Not sure witch way to go? Nice six or a big four. The background music is from the "Best of Van Morrison" CD. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_flagge6.gif) |

More Pics of the yesterday progress.
Mounted the front swaybar. It came from an 911 but fitted pretty nice. Whole thing was sandblasted and painted with por15. What a difference in the driving!! Everybody should have that sway bar. Attached image(s) |
