I need the trim rubber for the engine compartment that seals the engine to the tub . Anyone have any ideas ? As a matter of fact I am looking for a complete set of rubber and am kind of sceptical of the $100 sets on ebay.
Thanks in advance.

The sets on ebay are the same from GPR. I will let you in on a little secret though. The original rear curved seal is no longer made. So they sell a VW bug engine seal and call it a 914 seal. It really isnt even close to the original. They also charge twice as much for that seal then what you can get it from a VW catalog.
The part number for that seal is 111813705D
