Wife is watching a POS movie with Tom Green and some one else . When she yells 914 sighting. Movie is titled Stealing Harvard.
Sure enough a Forest Green 914 sitting right there in the parking lot. VW Rabbit takes off and exposes the 914 next to it.

National Lampoon's "Vacation"

When Chevy pulls the monster station wagon over to go and buy a pellet gun there is a white teener parked on the road behind him.

Around here that counts as a sighting, bringing my total sightings to 5 in the 7 or so years I have owned the car.

I guess there is no reason to mention the obvious movie sighting of a 914/6 is there??? If your not sure you might want to check out Steve McQueen in Le Man's with actual race footage of them.

Steve Martin movie 'Roxanne' has a green 914 street shot that lasts for a minute or so....I think the director of this flick had a car thing....it also has a 911, '57 T-bird and a Ferrari 308 in street scenes....

I was really pissed to see Uma driving a POS Karmen Ghia in Kill Bill 2. They could have easily put her in a POS 914. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

we were so close.....

It wasn't a a sighting on a movie BUT my wife did yell 914 while on our way back from the coast this weekend! (she never did this before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) ) It was on a flat bed trailer headed the opposite direction on Hwy 99 between Newberg heading towards Dundee Orygun. I caught a glimps in my side mirror. Pretty rough looking bluish in color.

Still, it was a thrill (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif)

I do remember watchin Hawaii-50 (as a kid), and seeing a 914 getting parted out or something like that. Showed the car a couple times.
