I am so sorry this has happened. I just found out that PP never informed me that you ordered and paid for these parts. Something in their system didn't work right. As we all know, stuff like this happens. I could have gotten these parts to you a long time ago if you told me that you ordered & paid for these parts.
Your parts are going out tonight, tracking # sent to your PP email addy. Again, I am so sorry. We're all dependent on technology that sometimes don't work right. That why multiple lines communication helps correct things. |
