Doing a bit of research yes he does.
Let's see if google maps street view works

If you're still out your $500 would you like someone to go over and talk to him? Politely of course.

Ha ha. No. I don't resort to those measures. I'd fly over and do it myself.
$1800 return to Texas. Id car jack a caddy and go say hi. By the time I'm found I'll be home again !!!!

That 914 is my 1st one I bought. Was painted with a brush and house paint. The PO really was a spud cake !!!!

Ohhh it's getting stripped back and primed and sold soon. I dont 4, 914's. Lol

Funny how people live my "R"
Mate had a black T5R when they 1st came out. I fell in love. Since then I always wanted one.
When I saw this Red "R" I had to have it.
Then the fun started. Spending way to much to get the 175kW up to 300kW +
Why??? Because I can and in Australia people don't even look at Volvo's.

How much weight savings compared to the stock calipers.
What is the ballpark price for a set? (need four, but ebrake does not need to work - can you use four fronts?)
Do you have to change rotors?

It's probably been said 100 times already, but if you need anything dealing with brakes Eric is the man. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Yeah, I know. Eric is great to work with.
I just bought rebuild kits from him and he helped me with questions throughout the re-build.

I also recommend him for anything brake related.
I just didnt recall seeing those calipers last time I perused his catalog.

Update
He refuses to answer my emails.
PayPal won't refund me as he gave them a tracking number that I've use to track the parcel and it's classed as a letter on the USPS tracking.
I never received anything from the low life bucktard.
Has made my 914 experience sour at the moment and the love is not there.
So I'm just putting my cars on hold and fixing up my Kombi for now.
Had a big trip in my Amarok and that has given me the outback travel bug. So much to see. Mmmm I think summer will spark my desire to finish the 914.
Till then I'll dream of warm weather and Kombi love. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Hey Steve, I'm a little late to this thread but for the record, I've never thought Aussie's were slow or anything like that. I don't think people here in America think that at all. I've never heard anyone say anything negative about you folks down under. I believe most people there think you guys are a lot like us except there are a lot less of you!

When you say Kombi, are you referring to a VW Bus? I have a 70' Westfalia Tin Top that unfortunately has been neglected ever since I bought my 914 last year. Hopefully I can finish building the stroker motor that I have all prepped over the winter.

Like everyone else, I suggest you get in touch with Eric at PMB for your brake needs. Anyhow, good luck with your projects.

Mark
