I'd like to come but at this point it will be a fly in deal. Anybody have an extra seat? Flying into Vegas or Phoenix? There is an outside chance if I have my conversion done I'll drive. I'm going to go out on a limb & assume it won't be. So I'll plan for a flight & change later. It will be cool if I can get a ride. If not I can always rent a car there

I think there should be a spare seat from Albuquerque. Pretty sure LizO is going with her 914, and mine will be available by that time ... if you're brave enough to ride with me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/evilgrin.gif)

Hey John it would be a pleasure to ride with you. Let me get back to you as I don't have anything set in stone yet. I may be overbooking myself as it is. We are closing on our house on the 14th that month. Which means alot of moving & packing I have to do. I am probably better off not making this one (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) . I'll figure it out for sure but it will probably be March before I do (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_bump.gif) Glad we have this event in spring. Several inches of fresh snow in Flagstaff right now.

To supply a BBQ for 40ish people requires a truck to carry everything. Won't have one this time around. So we are going upscale with our own banquet room at the hotel. Not to worry, happy hour and post dinner night cap will still happen out around the cars. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

OK, I'll have the Pasta Primavera, (al dente) with NO cheese. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) and a glass (or two) of chianti.

Finally got around to it, just booked up my rooms! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Hey Wills, the lady at LaPosada asked me if we had anyone in charge of making food orders, and I said we'd be happy with hot dogs and burgers as long as there was meat in it since none of us could eat veggie crap without puking. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)

Just kiddin' Elliot.

I told her that Wills was in charge of that part, I think she only asked 'cos it's getting close to the cutoff date. Get with it people or you'll get whatever Wills picks at random! Which reminds me, I'll PM you my food choice Mike. (that's a bit too close to "BM" there (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) )

Bump. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_bump.gif)

If your name is on the attendee list in the initial post, it is because I had some reason to think that you are attending(I hope I'm right!) So, if your name is there, PLEASE make sure you reserve your room and get your dinner preference for Friday to me. The hotel is going to hold our rooms for a few more days but then they have to release them.
