Did some innovative 1D mandrel bending in 2.75" od this week and came up with an end that gives a slight kidney bean + slash tip look: close enough for that Porsche Indy exhaust style.

Exhaust art! Love it!

Checking out the placement for the Aero Latches (rear deck) to the corresponding rear trunk mounting plates. Will be using 4) latches on front and rear Sheridan trunk lids.

Monthly trip over to Hawthorne, Calif. for some SS braided 'Pro-plus hose; #12 and #16 lines. Orig store there aporox 50 years known as Earl's Supply>> today aka ANPlumbing.com
Every Porsche hot rod I've built since 1976 has their SS braided lines + A/N fittings.. this is like having an automotive/marine plumbing supermarket right down the road from MSDS shop.

Chris,
Original store actually had A/N bits salvaged off of mothballed aircraft + super inexpensive. Where I used to buy the Parker-Hannifin variable boost valves: "Cycle the Parker Valve" !!

I think I heard them say that when they make their move to Torrance; the store will be mostly mail order and Customer pick-up only.

Since the Earl's ANplumbing store no longer builds any customer lines, I brought out my old school A/N line soft-aluminun jaw tools for my custom in-house assembly.

...on the way out of the store...the technician says "Make sure to grab some free stuff out of the cardboard box near the door"
Since they are already packing up for move to new Torrance store>they are giving stuff away !
OK...here's some mil-spec surplus:
⅛" npt alum plugs/ with safety wire holes, and
⁵/16" ss fine thread-to-coarse thread studs.
Last week I scored #6 A/N ss fittings...good for the fuel return line on the 8gtt (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
