That's right!
Yours truly is in the running for Car of the Month for a second time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Last time it was a CW (concours weenie) car that won, although we made a good race out of it. This time its another steep hill climb because Eric Shea's just finished GT clone is one of the contenders and is already way ahead in the voting. Here's the link to the COTM thread. Let's prove that the full time race cars also have what it takes to represent our Marque. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Thank you for voting for Racer Chris. You got lumped into a tough month my friend. These are all fantastic cars. |

Can I get discount on your stainless fuel lines with a vote sent your way? How about "Free gas for everyone who votes for my car." (We often have to find a place to dispose of old gas after draining a tank in a car that's been sitting for years.) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) |

Here's a group of pics from the 2005 Runoffs.
During Qualifying early in the week. During Thursday Qualifying, right after the Miata incident. My in-car: Incident Video Mary's and my reaction in the pit lane. Near the impound shed shortly after the incident. Closeups of the damage. The crew working to repair the car. We completed the repairs just in time for this photo shoot. I started the race but the pink/black Honda hit me in the next corner, and put me out of the race with a caved in rear fender. |

Personally I think a vendor should post 10 times before being able to be eligible for Car of the Month. (Classified humor) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif)
You got my vote Chris. Something about a horse ridden hard, put away wet with a checkered flag hanging out the window that appeals to me. Have to admit Erics car is a perty one though. |
