Cleaning up one of my pushrod tubes I find this small dent. Should I try and find a replacement? How bad of a dent is too bad? No signs of anything on the pushrod. Attached Image

Run a socket through it, push out the dent.

No cracks and not touching the push rod, it's fine.

Just a heads up, that style of tube is NLA. Early engines had what was known as small tubes. The tubes that are available are for the "big" heads.
