Car hasn't been determined yet. Will either be Betsy or the Boxster. Always could change with a miracle and be a 993, but I really don't see that happening. I hope it is Betsy though, she is the best fit. Sounds like you have Plan A - Plan B and Plan C. Of course AssDraggers are welcome if you can't bring a mid-engine! If you drive the ass-dragger, you will receive a rash of crap from the masses. Ask me how I know (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

It's a very slim possibility that I could go, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It's really out my hands. Nothing wrong with the car, just life stuff. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Just a bump because RRC should never be on page 2.

Whimp (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) How about 1405 one way. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Sounds like Rick is going for the long distance award... Any challengers? What is the prize for shortest drive to the event? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) My drive to the event will be over 1500 miles, the return trip will only be a little over 1200. |

Well if you want to talk long drives to RRC..... I'm leaving the Sacramento area on Thursday August 29 staying somewhere in Flagstaff that evening, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) then driving on to Albuquerque on friday, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) spending Friday - Sunday with my son and two grandsons, leaving Sunday for Altanta Tx, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Monday - Wed with my daughter and two granddaughters, back to Albuquerque, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Thursday with the grandsons again, then Friday to durango for RRC, (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) then Sunday back home. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Total miles 3917.
And thats not including the (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) on Saturday! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) That ought to break in the new motor nicely. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) Jeff |

2000 mile round trip for me. I should probably change the oil before I leave. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) So far, planning Laughlin Nevada Wednesday night. Flagstaff Thursday and roll in to Durango Friday. So who's the butt-head that told me Durango was in Montana? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)
