I am not coming. Tried to swing it. I am flying to Boise & buying a car. Then going to SLC to visit my daughter. I've got to be back sunday night. So just going to spend the time with her there. Was going to do a crazy drive to be there but just doesn't make sense now. I'll shoot some pics of my new ride once I get it. Have fun everyone

Still trying to make it, stuck in Bloomfield NM, vapor locked again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)
It's not even that hot, but the stop and go and slow speeds going through towns kill it.
This makes 5 times, 4 in New Mexico I hate the desert and so does my car.

Made it out of Bloomfield died again, now I'm stuck in Aztec
I hate the fuching desert....this car will NEVER leave California again.

2 hrs about 15 miles this sucks

Well made it 5 miles out of Aztec, thinking about going back to Aztec and getting a room then heading home when it cools down...not sure if I can deal with this anymore.

Google says I'm 24 miles from Durango ........are u fuching kidding me, I've driven over 3500 miles since last Thursday.......and I can't make it another 24 miles.....

Not any more, just took it off. Thought about that earlier, we'll see if it helps, plus it's getting cooler.

This has been the longest 40 miles or so of the whole trip.
