Every day, 16 miles RT to and from work. It only stays home if it's snowing or the roads are snowpacked - don't want to risk corrosion or some idiot sliding into me.

My 914-6 regularly transports bikes, golf clubs and occasionally skis.

Part time daily driver. Summer months only and only after a thorough mid-spring tune up. My office knows that if the 914 shows up, I'm leaving early to beat the commute traffic. Commuting without air conditioning or a stereo is not the most enjoyable part of 914 ownership. Leaving early to take the twisty route home is.

Rooftop parking only:

I drive mine mainly on the weekends, being a general contractor I need a truck most days. But every now and then I can leave the tools on a job and drive the 914 during the week. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) Planning a 4000+ mile trip later in the year, stopping by RRC in durango on the way home.....lots of driving. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

Here is a pic of my daily driver. A 1975 base model 914 with 1.8. The drive into work is about 35-40 mins , so I get to drive mine an hour each day....
