... ran off to band practice ... care to share your musical interests? ... oh, and (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_bump.gif) I joined this band (Dedline) and we are working on the new songs for the next album. I play bass and sing and the style is pretty much straight forward Rock. The only real website for it is http://www.reverbnation.com/dedline. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon_bump.gif) for the picnic! |

I'm in the market for a seat like this one. I've been driving the car with a broken seat for about a month and it's starting to mess with my back. Epstein thinks he has one but won't be able to get it till the end of the month. Anybody attending the ECC have one they would sell me? Thanks.

what is broken about your seat?
I think they are the same pass/driver except for the rail bolted to them? which I assume can be flipped? I believe the handle is supposed to by in the center of the car for each, next to the center tunnel? I assume you need a black seat? i'd like to come, not sure still. Attached image(s) |

The seat itself is broken...I guess the fiberglass? that is the main structure. It feels like its where the horizontal and vertical sections meet on the left side, near the bolster. Yes, need a black seat, basket weave design. I don't think they can be flipped because of the up/down adjustment on the outside. |

I don't think they can be flipped because of the up/down adjustment on the outside. I thought the up-down adjustment was not integral to the seat but connected to the part of the seat rails/sliders that are hindged to the floor... (as shown in jimkelly's picture above) |

the up down is definitely integral to the seat rail assy.
seems the rails attached to the seat could be flipped. 8 allen heads screws. Attached image(s) |

seems the rails attached to the seat could be flipped. Bet that's not necessary, just slide the seat on the rails no matter which side... ERROR ALERT! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) you do have to flip the rails because of that little nub that catches the spring on the rail on the seat that keeps the seat from sliding completely off so either flip the rails on the seat or flip the rails on the floor |

Kick ass day at Rod's shop...thanks for hosting the ECC! Great to see some familiar faces and meet some new people. Your new shop is awesome. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
The drive down crossing the Potomac: Jim tested out his CIS fuel injection out of a VW GTI...it fired up and sounded good! For what he has invested in parts, it could be a viable FI solution. Zach brought his engine down with his FI components to get some work done: Teeners: The grill and Chef Ramsey (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) : The bikes: |
