You are correct. AN 426's.

Your build thread has been an inspiration. I have read it several times! I am getting ready to start my hydraulic clutch build. I am using the info that you and Chris posted in your thread. Do you have any tips that might help it go smoothly?

Ignore my bolt hole dimensions. If you can grab an old brake MC, use it as a drill guide for your bolt holes and of course you will have the clutch MC to use as a guide for the other 2 bolt holes. When the plate is drilled out, place it in a vice and center the holes horizontally. Then mount the clutch MC and twist the plate 3 degrees down. I use a large pipe wrench and grab the plate around the mounted MC. Having the MC bolted down keeps the plate from twisting the flat surface the MC mounts to. Use the center of the large hole on the clutch master as a guide to locate center of the hole you will drill in the floorboard. Your going to love that conversion your building and you won't be afraid to drive cross country in it, either. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Thank you very much for the help! I am really looking forward to driving it. I hope to drive to the RRC next year.

It's pretty rewarding when it fires up isn't it? Nice. Just got back from a lap in mine. Clutch still works great. That plate Kent made is the key.

Chris, I have been working on the car non-stop for the last couple of months. It was very nice to hear the engine fire up for the first time. It helps keep the momentum up. I would like to drive the car before the snow starts to fall.

It is good to hear that the clutch mod is still working out well. It looked like a solid install and smart design. I really appreciate that you and Kent took the time to figure it out and share it with everyone here. You guys Rock! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Jamie, The EMS Stinger and Outfront wiring harness sure made the electrical install easy. Thanks for helping me decide to go that way when you were here in Denver.

I just wrapped up the cable shift install. Next on the list is the hydraulic clutch.

I started fabrication of the clutch master cylinder mount last night. I was able to get the holes for both master cylinders cut and the two holes drilled that are use to mount the plate to the pedal cluster. I should get the plate trimmed down and installed tonight. As I was removing the pedals I realized that I may have a problem. My coolant hoses appear to occupy the same space as the new clutch master cylinder. I am not sure what it is going to take to make it all fit but as soon as I get the new plate mounted I will start working on a solution.

Once you trim the plate down you just have to move the hoses around a bit. May need to slacken them a little. It's a lot of stuff to put in that small space but it'll fit.

I was able to get the clutch master cylinder mounted yesterday. I will be working on building the hydraulic line and mounting the reservoir. I expect to have the clutch bled and operational today.

To get everything to fit a few of the parts needed a little mill time. The clevis was contacting the clutch arm and the accelerator cable arm. After a few minutes on the mill everything worked great.

The bolts that hold the brake mater cylinder on are not long enough to add the new mounting plate and still engage the nut. They need to be replaced. The factory welded them in to the pedal cluster. I had to cut the old bolts out with a dremel tool and weld a new set in.

Thanks Kent for the information!

You're almost there! Thread the -3an line going to the slave clylinder through the clutch tube. It fits perfectly. And if you lie on your back with a flashlight you should see a hole above where the MC is that's about the right size for the reservoir feed line. It's a tight fit bit it works.
