I used two pieces of thin wall steel tubing. The washing soda grass the rust as it pulled off the inside of the tank and attaches to the steel
The photo shows how thick the washing soda crust gets

Yes, Arm & Hammer Washing soda. Makes the water a better conductor of electricity. Not baking soda

Yes! I have had mine since then also!

We have that same one too from about the same time (before I was born haha). The thing is a tank-way better than all the newer one's I've used for start boosting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Cool trick, I'm going to have to try that with my tractor gas tank which is super rusty inside.
