Purchased from original owner
62,000 mi. Orig. keys, 1 red 1 black, all locks work. Service records, fuel consumption records. Tool kit. Owners manual, service book, dealers business card, etc.etc. Spare tire / wheel never used. I repaint, common for metallic paints of the era. Very solid rust free chassis. Drivers side jack receiver replaced, passenger side receiver original but showing evidence of rust from inside. Battery tray replaced. Hell hole area cleaned, wire brushed and painted with Rustoleum. Weep hole enlarged to aid drainage. Original radio. Original interior light. Near perfect upholstery / carpet. This car will be a perfect daily driver or a great start to take it as far as you like. There are many small issues with the paint. The bumpers and tops look good but they'tr not great. The tires are old, only two match. Since getting the car I've flushed and bled the brakes and replaced the brake hoses. I've exercised the calipers and adjuster the rear pads. I've replaced the points and adjusted dwell and timing. The alt. belt has been replaced the oil and filter were changed as well. Valves were adjusted. The heads and the area inside the valve covers is beautifully clean and shiny. Fuel delivery and return hoses replaced. Fuel filter replaced along with all hoses in fuel pump area. Although the windshield is original it has a 2" crack across the lower corner on the drivers side. The car started first time every time through a very cold winter here. It has a nice cold start idle that drops as it warms up. I would drive it anywhere It has been off the road since 1999. Car is in New Jersey $ 9,250 Rory rgalla9146@aol.com Oh yeah, stainless heater boxes and original "banana " muffler too ! Attached thumbnail(s) |
