Picked up a drivers seat only upholstery kit marked 69 - 72 that normally sells with both seats (fixed passengers). It looks like it would fit any model.

Is the only difference in the cabin a fixed vs movable passengers seat and the drivers is the same size?

There is a difference, early drivers seats have room to use the parking brake. Late driver seat also have room just not as much.

Late drivers and passengers seats are slightly differant, for the same reason.
