What is the best way to get enough slack at the eBrake pivot yoke so that the cable and pin can be reinstalled ?

It was hard to remove I didn't loosen the eBrake cables at the firewall nor the caliper

You can attach the cable to the handle before you bolt it to the long. You may be able to pull to handle enough to get it back on the stud. Otherwise you will have to loosen the cables at the firewall then readjust after installing the handle.
