I would like to stay with the original German perlon carpet, a thick felt, but have one piece for behind the drivers seat that could use a color upgrade. Has anyone tried to dye perlon? Any success?

Duplicolor carpet spray paint. I've used the black with 100% success. Gave it a fresh look and and the carpet stayed soft and flexible.
