As the new all mighty power of COTM Leader I will be trying to keep things on the straight and narrow! I will be promoting a new COTM every month and YES THERE WILL BE THEMES! I will devise the strategy to promote an even distribution of cars, and with my ALLMIGHTY POWER of COTM Leader I will Forcibly appease the masses!
