I dont drink so its whatever everyone else wants. I will be supplying my world famous Chili Cheese dip with chips and I may have breakfast here if anyone wants to come early. I have about 3 pounds of bacon and will make scrambled eggs and will also have some Krispy Kreme donuts also.

I'll bring along some basic party stuff: chips, salsa, sodas--can't drink much beer before dark, makes me want to drive the rear engine (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)

Well, here is the Main Course Menu:

BBQ Pork Shoulder
Pork Ribs (St. Louis or Baby Back, whatever looks good)
Beer Can Chicken

All of the above will be rubbed liberally with my Super Sekrit Irish VooDoo BBQ Rub

I will also have a slection of Smokin' Joe Jones BBQ sauce. For those that attended the last BBQ i only had the "Smokin" sauce available. For this BBQ i'm gonna have the Original, Smokin' and Blazin' sauce. No cheap ass sugary panty waste sauces you get at most grocery stores (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/barf.gif) are allowed near my BBQ. Eat it with one of the approved sauces or eat it plain!

If i have time i'll make some of my Chipolte BBQ Sauce too!
