Poor man S caliper rebuild. PMB duro ano pistons, cerakote and replating the steel parts.. The seal that goes on the plate that gets bolted on was not included in the new seal kits. Gotta call Eric Monday and get those and the banjo fittings and then I will finally have an entire working brake setup. I have some alfa calipers that might look really good with Cerikote (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |

Ben, Too bad the excitement of your incredible work in the home stretch is being distracted by the house thing, I mean really, moving compared to finishing a six build!?!
Sorry for thread drift but anyone try Cerakote on exhausts?? |

I actually have seen a few exhaust with cerakote. I like it for mild steel fpr sure .. Not sure I would do it on stainless..
The house thing is for sure a distraction but so focussed on finishing James conversion to get it out of here for winter is taking all my time.. |

I'd like to put that in my file for the "next project." Thx |

Fun to watch. I'm doing the same. Just started my last round which is wet sand to 600 grit. So satisfying to see how straight a beat up old shell can be made. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif)
