The guys who put this event on are great.
Button Willow is a wonderful track and this is the perfect time of year to run there. This is only a three hour drive from LA. D.E. will easily be one of the best weekend you have ever spent in your life. |

If you are interested and need a place to work on your car, let me know. I can supply a rack and tools. Buttonwillow is a really nice venue to try out your car.

I agree. I really enjoy Buttonwillow. I've driven in both directions and it's just alot of fun. And let us not forget that last July 4th weekend there is where I missed a shift and blew up my 2.7... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)
Even with that memory, it's a really good time. If at all possible, try to make it...drifting through the "talladega" turn....bustng through the "bus stop"....going airborne at the top of "magic mountain"....and powering through the "star mazda" turn. Buttonwillow not only has turn numbers, the turns have their own names. Lotsa fun! Bill P. |
