Too late to get in for a red/red?

We're still ok with boards. PM sent.

Connectors are in the mail; by both suppliers. It figures both would come through at the same time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Best "mod" I've done- anybody with a 914 should have these. Have them on both of mine- simple plug and play, especially fronts if you want the euro lenses to actually work like they're supposed to!

My next project: Reverse Lights.

Mock up in plastic. Same type of clips as brakes.

Seems to fit well. Still need some adjustment of the clips.

First reverse LEDs assembled. These have 30 cool white LEDs. Estimated power dissipation: 3W.

Priced at $60/pair.

In my car, comparison of light output:
Standard bulb: 50LUX
Reverse LED PCB: 150LUX (3x brighter)

Here is the fully assembled board. The clips will be attached during assembly.

Attached Image

Fit in the rear bucket is quite good.

Attached Image

Standard bulb on the passenger side; Reverse LED board on the driver side. The standard bulb has a warm white look while the LEDs are cool white.
