I had the same problem a few months back. I unplugged my Qwest modem overnight and when I plugged it in I got a new IP address. It's worked fine since then. Chances are your IP address has been singled out and blocked. It would takes months to get them to unblock it so... try to get a new IP address.

Hope that helps,

E.

Is it the site blocking you or your own software? I don't know aboot (CDN) Macs but sometimes my anti-virus software at home blocks my access to the club. Of course, that could be my wife messing with the computer so I will pay more attention to her.

I'll try unplugging the cable modem when I get home tonight. Even I can do that. Hope it works. I'll let you know.

I turned off the cable modem for a while. Everything worked fine after I turned it back on. I think the utility program for the Mac called "Applejack" does something to the cookies but that is beyond me. I just need to know how to fix it. Thanks for your help.
